I am a BACP accredited psychotherapist. I have been working and offering emotional support for over 12 years. I have had considerable experience working with adults (18+), with a diverse array of presenting needs. My therapeutic journey began as a voluntary bereavement advisor with Cruse Bereavement Care, where I provided face-to-face support to members of the public. For the past seven years, my clinical work has encompassed one-to-one and group therapeutic support. I have also worked with a national charity supporting families and parents bereaved by road deaths, which included facilitating an eight-week “Building Resilience” programme. In recent years, I have worked within a University counselling service offering psychological intervention to employees, and have also provided critical incident support to families attending a Public Hearing. I am passionate about helping people overcome challenges and the unpredictability of life. I believe that given the right conditions, everyone has the potential to thrive and live a fulfilling and happy life. My aim is to offer a safe space, helping clients achieve this.

I am an integrative psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience. Underpinning my practice are relational and humanistic values. I aim to work flexibly, incorporating theory to tailor a way of working that will fit each individual client. My focus is on creating a respectful, collaborative therapeutic relationship where your experiences can be explored safely and at your own pace. I work with people experiencing crisis as well as those seeking reflection, personal growth, or change. Therapy with me offers a grounded, thoughtful, and creative space to explore difficulties, make sense of experiences, develop greater emotional resilience, and shift unhelpful patterns. I work relationally and welcome feedback as part of our work together. Over my career I have worked with a hugely diverse range of clients and issues, within various charities, the NHS, the BBC and private practice. I aim to keep up to date with current research, legislation and safeguarding and have a strong ethic regarding continuing professional development. I love being a psychotherapist.

I am an integrative therapist and bereavement counsellor, and I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I received my qualification from The Minster Centre in London, and I have been working in private practice in-person and online, as well as volunteering as a bereavement counsellor with the Wandsworth Bereavement Service. I practice with compassion, curiosity and courage and I integrate psychodynamic, existential and somatic approaches into my work. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirmative and I welcome clients from all backgrounds. I have a particular interest in working with grief, loss and bereavement, as well as relationship issues and self-esteem. I am also an ambassador for the suicide bereavement charity Suicide&Co.

I have been in clinical practice for over 17 years, and accredited by UKCP since 2013. I worked for the NHS for 11 years, supporting the staff of a large NHS Trust with a variety of challenges, including bereavement and difficult clinical incidents, alongside workplace issues. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) trauma therapy, and I take an attachment-based focus to this work. I see a good relationship as central to all successful psychotherapy, and I use the Arts, and imagination to enhance and deepen my work with clients. Now, I work solely in private practice. I am a member of IATE (Institute of Therapy and Arts in Education), UKCP, EMDR UK.

I have over 30 years’ experience of working with a wide range of complex presentations, spending the earlier part of my career as a Mental Health Nurse. My approach is existential and relational, valuing the uniqueness of each person’s lived experience. I have a special interest in psychosomatic presentations and how trauma impacts our life stories. I am a BACP registered therapist with a diverse background as a counsellor and psychotherapist, mental health practitioner and wellbeing trainer. I have been working clinically for over 12 years, in primary care within GP surgeries, in private practice and within an EAP for a large healthcare company. I have many years experience working with the prominent mental health charity, Mind. I worked on various projects and developed and delivered many therapy support groups, offered crisis interventions and workplace supervision for frontline staff. My passion lies in assisting individuals with improved mental health, while recognising that each person's life experiences are unique.

I am a chartered and registered Counselling Psychologist working with adults and young people over 18 years of age. I have worked in a variety of roles within the NHS, universities, schools and in private practice. I am a trustee and psychologist for a Bristol based charity that supports access to therapy for those people who may not have the opportunity to experience therapy in the NHS or private services. I have specialist experience of working with people who experience trauma and PTSD and the grief and loss that is often attached to these. I also regularly work with people experiencing different types of anxiety such as OCD, health anxiety and general anxiety. I also have extensive clinical experience of supporting individuals who are experiencing more general life challenges such as relationship issues, low mood and life transitions. I work integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches that fit best with each individual client. I strongly believe in the restorative power of a safe, containing and connected relationship between therapist and client and that this is the foundation for positive growth and change in the therapeutic process.

I am a qualified to work with adults and children. I have additional trainings and experience in supporting grief and bereavement, neurodivergence, men’s mental health, suicide prevention, intervention and postvention. I have previously held the position of therapy lead at a men’s mental health charity. I have extensive experience as a counsellor in education settings and continue to work freelance one day a week in a secondary school. I work in an integrative way with clients often with a focus on a psychodynamic model. I have an MSc in Attachment Theory, this informs a attachment,systemic and trauma informed approach. I deliver my own bespoke training and on behalf of a UK charity. I am a guest speaker on various aspects of mental health. I am currently studying level 6 clinical supervision. I’m an integrative arts psychotherapist offering one-to-one therapy for adults and children in Sevenoaks and online, alongside my roles as a school art therapist and approved practitioner for Adoption Partnership South East. My background includes five years in the NHS working with people who have experienced complex trauma, and five years with West Kent Mind. I’m also trained in dyadic art therapy, supporting and strengthening parent–child relationships. My integrative training allows me to draw on a range of therapeutic approaches so our work is tailored to you. I combine talking therapy with creative processes to offer a warm, empathic, and non-judgemental space, where you can explore whatever you wish to bring to therapy, at your own pace.

I have also taught on training courses in the UK and Greece. My work is trauma and attachment- informed. I work relationally, supporting clients with complex emotional, behavioural and mental health needs, using the arts, body and somatic experiences of dysregulation.
