How we can help
We provide individual online therapy for adults, offering thoughtful, professional support in a safe and confidential setting.
Our therapeutic approach
All therapists within our network are fully accredited or registered with recognised professional bodies, including UKCP, BACP, and HCPC, and work in accordance with established ethical and clinical standards.
Our therapists are trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, allowing us to carefully consider what kind of therapy may be most helpful for you. These approaches include EMDR therapy, somatic therapy, art therapy, drama therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), among others.

How it works
Within our network, therapists have experience supporting people with trauma, grief, anxiety, and a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. If you’re unsure what kind of therapy or therapist you’re looking for, our intake process is designed to support you in exploring this with care and clarity.
The first step is a 20-minute initial consultation with either Emily or Sophie. This is a confidential space to talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, ask questions, and begin the process of finding the right support. Following this consultation, we will thoughtfully refer you to a therapist from our carefully selected network who is best suited to your needs.
The initial consultation costs £30. Ongoing online therapy sessions are typically priced between £90 and £120 per session, depending on the therapist. We understand that taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting. Our aim is to make the process as clear, supportive, and contained as possible.
