Starting therapy can bring up a lot of questions. That’s completely normal we're here to offer clear, thoughtful answers about our services, what to expect, and how we work.
Do you offer in person therapy?
No. We are a practice that operates completely remotely.
How do I pay?
You pay for the initial assessment at the point of booking. For all future appointments you will receive a payment link one or two days prior to your appointment.
What happens next?
Following the assessment you will be scheduled with a therapist you have decided on with Emily or Sophie. That therapist will send you a zoom link prior to your appointment. You will receive a payment link one or two days before the appointment.
How much does it cost?
Our established therapists are 90 pounds, our principal therapists are 120 pounds per session.
How do you look after my personal information? Are you GDPR compliant?
We are fully GDPR compliant. Please see our privacy policy here.
What kind of therapy do you offer?
Currently we offer individual, online therapy for adults. We do not currently offer family or couples therapy.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice of cancellation.
What do I do if I am in crisis or there is an emergency?
We are an outpatient provider, we do not offer crisis or emergency support. If you require emergency support please:
- Contact 999 if you need an ambulance
- Attend your nearest A&E
- Call the Samaritans 24-hour helpline on 116 123
